Thank you for replying to my post, I appreciate the fact that you have replied with the details and it looks like the windows key is stuck or being used while pressing these keys which would normally open run command, etc. If you've checked the keyboard and none of the keys are physically stuck, please try the below steps: 1)Go to control panel. 2)Go to 'regional and language option' 3)Go to 'language'tab 4)Click on details. 5)Select the default input language as English (united states) us 6)Installed services in keyboard select the US, click Apply Restart the computer and that should fix the issue.
