Update 1: I copied my WAN drivers from my old hard drive that had Windows 10 1511 installed (when my WAN NIC worked) The files I copied over from the drive were called: Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys I found the NEWEST drivers by the SAME name in my Windows 10 1607 system32 and system32/driver folders I renamed the NEWEST Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys with.OLD at the end of each and moved them OUT of the system32 and system32/driver folder. I then copied the OLD Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys into the system32 and system32/drivers folders I rebooted to advanced startup and disabled driver enforcement VIOLA!
