After some of the recent updates to Windows 10 pro, my LG GH22NS30 DVD Burner stopped working and is no longer recognized by Windows 10 pro. Burner is recognized by system bios, and was functional in Windows 7 Ultimate.

I wrote LG who said talk to Microsoft. I am out of ideas. Here is what I wrote to LG: I've been using this external drive after the internal one on my laptop went kaput, and it's been working 4.0 until a couple of days ago when all of a sudden my laptop would not recognize it.
