Good time, I took some trouble, when I printed some complex document in *.docx format (under MS Office 2016) on win10x64 OS. The trouble was in printing some fonts which I used, text on documents or didn't print or printed as driver wanted. I trying to solve it with use last driver under win10x64 and change some fonts in formulas of document and another parts where it could be changed.

So, how I solved that issue? Just printed under win7x64 I killed full day for configuring the document, but thouble was just in driver.
I compare my old driver by this printer under win7x64 and new under win10x64 on win10x64 OS and see NO difference and think that diver was moved to win10x64 segment without adaptation. As I understand the printer is not printing as it should be, Don't worry as I have a few steps that'll help: Solution one: Print a Network Configuration Page A printed page from the printer, and not from a computer program, can help diagnose a printer problem.
Follow these steps to print a Network Configuration Page. Solution two: Check the print cartridges Solution three: Check the printer default Follow these steps to make sure that your printer is the default printer. Solution four: Connect your printer directly to a wall outlet Devices, such as power strips and surge protectors, attached between the printer and the wall outlet can sometimes interfere with communication to and from the printer. • Plug the printer's power cord directly into the wall outlet. • Try to print again. Solution five: Check the printer environment Environmental conditions can affect print quality and is a common cause for print quality or paper feeding issues.
