It will stay under that Other Devices category as a Network Controller until the driver is installed. Unfortunately, I don't know why the driver isn't working since the setup information file includes the hardware ID you posted. The only other suggestion I can offer would be to try and force the driver to install as follows. Click on the network controller device again, driver tab, update driver, select the browse my computer.but this time at the bottom of the Browse my computer for driver software window, click on the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
